Bailey Chaseling – New South Wales

Bailey Chaseling – New South Wales

Bailey was disengaged from education, employment and training and self-referred to ShoreTrack as he wanted to change his life by building his work skills.

Bailey has put in 110% since he started. Coming from disengagement and disadvantage he showed amazing resilience and application even in the first week. He has a positive attitude and gets on well with his peers and staff alike. When it came to selecting trainees for 2026, Bailey was one of the first picks and fully deserves this opportunity.

Bailey is now a role model for his immediate family and the kids who are fostered in his household. He is a rock for his disabled mother while maintaining a positive attitude and solid work ethic. He is also a good mate to his friends.

Bailey will be completing his Certificate II in Agriculture through TOCAL Agricultural College this year while completing his traineeship in the ShoreTrack social enterprise STeps.
